We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager & Process Manager to support project delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Kelvion's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-centricity sets it apart in the heat exchanger industry. This role involves assisting in project planning, coordination, and tracking, while also identifying and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
What you will be responsible for:
Project Management Support
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor project progress and deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation including plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Track project KPIs and identify potential risks and issues.
- Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project status updates.
- Organize team meetings incl. travel plans
- Being the right hand of SVP Global Solutions Engineering
Process Management & Improvement
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Support process mapping and documentation efforts using tools like BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and propose process improvements.
- Monitor the implementation of new processes and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.

Some of the skills that we would expect to see on the application however are:
- Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Monday.com, or Asana is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- As an international organization English (fluent) is required
Although home based in EMEA we need you to already be located in a country where Kelvion operate or have the current right to work to be based there, we wont be able to progress applications if this is not the case.
