Wir suchen einen engagierten Identity and Access Specialist (m/w/d), der unser Information Security Management System ausbaut und zentrale ComplianceStandards mitgestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie gestalten und pflegen unser Information Security Management System (ISMS) einschließlich Richtlinien, Prozessen und Kontrollen.

Sie stellen die Einhaltung relevanter Standards wie ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2 oder CRA sicher.

Sie führen Risikoanalysen durch und übernehmen das Monitoring sowie Reporting der Risikolage.

Sie begleiten interne und externe Audits im Bereich Informationssicherheit.

Gemeinsam mit IT, Legal, HR und externen Dienstleistern stellen Sie einheitliche SecurityProzesse sicher.

Sie überwachen ISMSKPIs, erstellen Reports und treiben Verbesserungen auf Basis von Findings und Vorfällen voran.

Ihre Qualifikation

Sie bringen eine Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im IT oder SecurityUmfeld mit. Ein Bachelor ist nicht zwingend notwendig, Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.

Sie verfügen über ein gutes Verständnis von Informationssicherheitsprinzipien, Risikomanagement und ComplianceFrameworks.

Idealerweise haben Sie erste Berührungspunkte mit Datenschutzthemen wie der GDPR.

Kenntnisse in MicrosoftTechnologien, ServiceNow oder ISMSTools sind von Vorteil.

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

Would you like to play an active role in taking our company’s information security to the next level?

We are looking for a dedicated Identity and Access Specialist (m/f/d) to expand our Information Security Management System and help shape key compliance standards.

Your responsibilities

You will design and maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS), including policies, processes and controls.
You will ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2 and CRA.
You will carry out risk analyses and be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the risk landscape.
You will support internal and external audits in the field of information security.
Together with IT, Legal, HR and external service providers, you will ensure consistent security processes.
You will monitor ISMS KPIs, prepare reports and drive improvements based on findings and incident

Your qualifications

You have training or professional experience in the IT or security sector. A bachelor’s degree is not essential; career changers are welcome.
You have a good understanding of information security principles, risk management and compliance frameworks.
Ideally, you will have some initial exposure to data protection topics such as the GDPR.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, ServiceNow or ISMS tools is an advantage.
Excellent English language skills round off your profile.
Motivation, a structured approach to work and problem-solving skills are your strengths.
