REVAMPING FOR INCREASED DEMANDS
While air fin coolers are reliable, robust and built to last, parts will eventually need repairing or replacing. By carrying out an on-site audit, our service engineers will identify how a cooler is performing and recommend any repairs or upgrades needed to optimise it. For older coolers, a service revamp is the best solution for improving performance without replacing the entire unit. By retrofitting all the unit’s parts with better, more efficient, equipment, the production viability of the cooler is assured. The service revamp will remove any bottlenecks constraining production that were identified in the audit, improving efficiency. This, in turn, leads to savings on energy and costs, increases the MTBF and can reduce noise and vibration. Revamping prepares the way for meeting increased demand in the future and extends the lifecycle of the cooler.
