29. April 2022 Evolving customer behaviour, which has accelerated during the Covid-19 pandemic, has prompted Kelvion to realign its marketing strategy. The heat exchanger expert will increase focus on digital customer interaction and local branded events to build stronger and more sustainable relationships with the customers. This innovative approach combines traditional and new marketing channels with a new, targeted customer experience.

Kelvion will be combining physical, digital and hybrid events which will allow for a more flexible, tailor-made offer, and wherever the customer wants to interact with Kelvion products and services. The new approach has been influenced by changes in customer behaviour and needs due to the Covid-19 pandemic but it also reflects the increasing demand for conducting business in a more sustainable manner and to reduce the company’s environmental footprint.

 “In the last two years, we invested a lot in our digital design tools like Select RT or Select PHE , a webshop for brazed plate heat exchanger and our digital product platforms like K°ool Drive or Studio PHE which has been launched recently,” Marcel Assmann, VP Marketing says. “This will not completely replace our physical interaction with customers, but it adds communication channels with our customer interaction in a digital customized way. We see significant changes in the way our customers want to engage with us both digitally and face-to-face. This will also affect traditional trade fair shows in 2022 which we have decided not to attend for the above reasons, amongst others the ACHEMA or the Chillventa. We will continuously review the demands of our customers and evolve interaction the way our customers prefer to interact with us and base our strategy on their demands.”
