Cutting-edge heat exchange technology delivers optimised energy and water efficiency with advanced controls, ensuring reliable performance even in high ambient temperatures.

Kelvion continues to drive innovation in heat exchange technology with the launch of its latest hybrid cooling solutions for a wide range of applications. Fully optimised for dry and wet cooling and designed to maximise energy and water efficiency, these advanced systems deliver exceptional cooling performance through intelligent dual-mode operation and high-efficiency components. The latest advances underscore Kelvion’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence in mission-critical environments.

Dual-Mode Cooling
The hybrid cooler operates in two modes: dry mode using ambient air for heat exchange, and wet mode using water along coil fins for evaporative cooling. Its optimised water management system continuously measures water quality and adjusts usage. High-performance EC fans with a variable frequency water pump drive enable precise airspeed and water flow regulation, minimising both electricity and water consumption for sustainable operations.

Enhanced Cooling Capacity with Deluge Water System
Kelvion’s deluge water system enhances coil cooling performance by forming a continuous water film across the fins, creating an additional medium for heat transfer. This augmented cooling effect increases the coil’s cooling capacity through water application, ensuring efficient cooling even when ambient temperatures exceed the process temperature.

State-of-the-Art Technical Features and Smart Controls
Technical features include uniform water distribution, automatic drainage, dedicated fin protection coatings, and modular design for easy maintenance. The state-of-the-art control system features a conductivity sensor for optimised water consumption, a highly efficient submersible water pump, and advanced level sensors for seamless water balancing. Proprietary software enhances overall system efficiency, with integrated Modbus controls and optional BACnet, Profibus or Profinet interfaces upon request.
